Greetings, my name is Jamar and thank you for visiting my page.

I am simply a man, Jamar, to be exact, and I believe that inner beauty is more
important than external appearances. I am a cannabis advocate and activist
who supports its recreational, medicinal, and historical use as a religious sacrament.

Furthermore, I identify as pansexual, which means I am open to romantic and sexual relationships with people of any gender. However, this doesn't imply that I'm attracted to everyone or that I lack physical preferences. This aspect of my identity reflects my belief that love and attraction are fluid and can evolve over time.

About Me

I hail from Baltimore, Maryland where I spent most of my formative years. Born in 1980 and currently single, I attended Edmondson-Westside High School before working at Radio Shack where I honed my skills in customer service, retail sales, and computer hardware and software. Following my departure from Radio Shack, I worked a few temporary jobs before landing a role at Johns Hopkins University as an Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician.

My love for science and animals made this position a perfect fit. I worked with a diverse range of animals during my tenure at Johns Hopkins, including rodents such as mice and rats, and larger animals like pigs, monkeys, cats, dogs, hamsters, chinchillas, and even large apes.

Although I enjoyed working with these animals, I was disheartened by the experiments conducted on them for medical research. Unfortunately, my employment came to an end after seven years when I reported an incident of harassment and discrimination for engaging in legally protected activities. To this day, I am actively seeking compensation for the violations of my civil rights. This experience taught me the importance of standing up for our guaranteed rights, and the importance of documenting such incidents.
Currently, I am dedicating my efforts to establish a business both in wholesale and retail but encountered some setbacks. Consequently, I decided to pursue a degree to augment my knowledge, enhance my resume, and open up more job opportunities for the future. Despite having gained substantial self-education through the guidance of mentors from diverse fields, I realized that in the practical world, a degree is a crucial aspect. Hence, I opted for a bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in web design to improve my existing web page, gain proficiency in digital marketing, and flourish in my business venture.

"I used to have a dog, cat, and siamese fighting fish as my little family until I was separated from them in September 2015 due to violations of my rights. Although I couldn't keep them with me, my cat managed to find her way to me and joined some other cats that I have been taking care of in my current place of stay. I deeply miss my dog who was my most loyal companion. As the first religious cannabis certificate holder in Maryland, I legally grow cannabis for religious purposes and medical use. This plant has been instrumental in helping me cope with my insomnia, depression, and anxiety. I have personally experienced the benefits of cannabis and am convinced of its healing properties."

"I have a deep passion for various forms of art including drawing, photography, and modular origami which I showcase on my website. In addition, I am a devoted student of world religions and enjoy reading about different religious practices. When I'm not creating or learning, I also enjoy cooking, watching movies, and playing video games. I've recently upgraded my gaming console from an Xbox One to a Nintendo Switch. I still love playing role-playing, action and adventure games, and the Switch has opened up a whole new world of gaming experiences for me. Outside of gaming, I still enjoy art, drawing, photography, religious studies, origami, reading, cooking, watching movies, and meeting new people.
